Whether it is traditional yoga asana, a breath practice, meditation or a blend of all of these,your yoga class will be designed to give you an autonomous home practice that will stay withyou for life.

Classes are available online or in your home.

For home visits, up to 30 minutes travel time is included each way, above this will be charged at the hourly rate. To maximise the return on this investment in time and money, we recommend your commitment to a minimum of 6 sessions in weekly succession, with a clear intention to practice at home daily between classes.
