Your boost of YOU
OMR is an online live meditation space that invites your truth into your day
What does OMR offer?
Our commitment is to your consistent practice.
-
Morning Practice
30 minutes of live meditation practice space
Monday to Thursday 6.30am UK time*
Small cohort of practitioners, in person
-
Whats App family
Each cohort has their own small Whats App group for living, breathing community connection, sharing of 4 recorded practices each month & real time tracking of the journey.

Cohort sensitivity
We value the safety & potency of a small and engaged cohort, building collective accountability and allowing space for authenticity to flourish. Each cohort grows no bigger than 16.

JOIN YOUR COHORT
It’s too easy to ghost an app, to reschedule your own plans, to doze through a recording. There’s something potent about a community that keeps us showing up.
What can start as a challenge quickly becomes a non-negotiable resource. Each day is rooted in this simple ritual of fierce self care. Meditation isn’t new or difficult, but showing up can be. Practicing live, daily, within a small community is something different. You don’t need to think about it, you simply show up and practice.
OMR invites the rest of your day to be a true expression of yourself.

“I genuinely cannot imagine my life without the morning ritual. I cannot put into words the enormity of its wider impact on my life which transcends the morning practice. In my regular gratitude practice I give thanks for having Sonja in my life and for her having set up the morning ritual.”

“OMR has seen me through menopause, through lockdown, through bouts of depression and sickness and it has only ever brought me friendship and something to feel good about in my life.”
— OMR member
“OMR helps to keep me focused on what's important for me to do each day- knowing I can find inner calm through my breath, mindfulness and yoga. I come back to the sensations of the morning ritual during my day when I find I need that sense of calm.”
