Meet your meditation guide
Sonja Lockyer has been teaching trauma informed yoga & facilitating meditation for over 2 decades, upholding rigorous standards to ensure each session is a safe, welcoming space with consistently high value practices. She brings experience & capacity for holding silence and leading guided practice.
Her invitation is simply to come back to the present moment - to settle, to deepen, to widen into now.
Sonja is a senior student of Mindfulness-based Core Process Psychotherapy within the Karuna Institute and a meditation student of Lama Tsultrim Allione.
