Week Four-Cultivating Calm
In Week Four you will:
learn about stacking your practice to introduce the tools that work best for you.
practice Pyramid Breath.
Your personal practice this week is a combination of 2 breath practices, both morning and night. You choose the practices that work best for you, for example 10 rounds of Square Breath followed by 10 rounds of Pyramid.
As always, I recommendation following up with some journaling.
